"Absolute Zero" is an American avant-prog band combining very different genres. It has released one album, Crashing Icons (2000) Covering a wide range of influences, ABSOLUTE ZERO plays a very experimental jazz rock, leading their music as a unique blend of madness, music and freedom. Their influences include SOFT MACHINE, Daevid ALLEN, MAGMA, MATCHING MOLE, Henry COW, KING CRIMSON (circa 1973), free jazz, avant garde classical music, ethnic musics, Rock-in-Opposition musicians and others.
